Introducing Capital Impact Partners’ 40th Anniversary Video Series
Join Capital Impact Partners in celebrating 40 years of impact with communities! Over that time, we have invested $3 billion in underestimated communities to foster economic mobility and wealth building. It’s been an incredible journey and we want to share this milestone with you! Our President and CEO Ellis Carr kicks off our 40th anniversary video series here. Follow our series for insights across our 40 years! Capital Impact was formed as a nonprofit in 1982 at the direction of the United States Congress to support the development of cooperatives in underestimated communities. Starting 1985, we began expanding impact beyond the cooperative sector through lending to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and supporting increased access to quality health care in communities living with low incomes. Today, we offer flexible financing for catalytic mission-aligned projects that increase access to health care, education, affordable housing, cooperative development, and healthy food, and dignified aging. Now part of the Momentus Capital branded family of organizations, Capital Impact Partners is transforming how capital and investments flow into communities to provide people with access to the capital and opportunities they deserve.
